Doing PR differently

Public Relations
and Communications

A strategic PR campaign can complement and amplify your marketing efforts, leading to increased sales. By generating positive media coverage and enhancing brand perception, PR can create a conducive environment for your marketing strategies to thrive, ultimately driving sales and growth.

Crisis PR and
Reputation Management

We are your vital partner and guide your business through the turmoil of a crisis, from preparation and response to recovery and evaluation, all while protecting and managing your reputation and public image.

Digital PR

Digital PR is increasingly important in today's interconnected world, where online presence and digital communication channels play a pivotal role in shaping public opinion and business success.

Our Values
Uncompromising

We only take on our clients where our values align. We will also only work with clients if we feel there is a very strong chance of us getting results.

Authentic

We will only work with a client if we feel we can deliver results. If you are not ready for PR, don’t have the correct assets or we feel that your business is not newsworthy, we will let you know. We don’t just sign on any client.

Ethical

We don’t sign you up with a senior PR consultant and hand you over to a junior team. We won’t offer you a longer package if you don’t need one. We don’t guarantee PR as that is unethical and guarnteed PR is advertising.

Transparent

We will share honest feedback, expert advice and let you know which angles are strong and which ones won’t get picked up by the media. We offer your WIP calls, emails, meetings and texts depending on your preference.

  • “Hello everyone, my name is Karen Mcdermott and I am a publisher and author at Serenity Press, KMD Books and MMH Press. I want to share with you my experience with Candice. She is an amazing PR agent. I want to share with you an example where we had to showcase that we signed Sarah, The Duchess of York, who is an amazing human and so kind. We had a huge PR campaign to roll out that and when we sent out our press release it was picked up by all of the UK papers, the US and Australia and that had to be managed. We had people vying for the opportunity to do features, embargoes and all those things and Candice managed it all for us with such professionalism and positivity. It set us up for a beautiful relationship with The Duchess of York."

  • “I had a unique experience of being photographed with Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and Dr Tereai Trent, a globally renown Women’s Empowerment Leader. As a regional indigenous business owner, I was told nobody would be interested in picking up my photograph or story. I knew it was time critical that I leverage off the photo opportunity. A book publisher recommended I reach out to reconnect pr. After drafting my personal story accompanied by my awards, accolades and that unique photo, reconnect pr agreed to take me on as a client. I am ecstatic to share that not only was I featured in digital media publications but I was also interviewed across multiple TV interviews and radio. Most notably, I was featured in Marie Claire September 2023. I will reach out to reconnect pr for their expertise for future PR campaigns including one for my husband’s story and business"

  • “Working with reconnect pr was an amazing experience & provided more media coverage than we ever thought possible. Within 3-months, reconnect pr secured us an interview on Australia’s largest TV Network – Channel 10. Not to mention multiple radio interviews and written articles that positioned our brand in a perfect light. This coverage has been a huge asset for our business & continues to provide dividends to this date. As well as the media coverage, reconnect pr’s nurturing but straight-down-the-line approach was just what we needed. As it was our first time working with a PR agency, we weren’t too sure what to expect or what was needed. Reconnect pr was extremely clear in their communication, overly attentive to guiding the process and ultimately worked incredibly hard to deliver the amazing media exposure results. We’re forever grateful for reconnect pr’s passion & dedication to support our brands exposure goals and we will certainly be back in the future. Thanks again I’ve highly recommended you to many of my colleagues.”
